    Begins with lease and release of 1804 which recites back to 1792 and has schedule of deeds back to 1767. Emery Palmer dies Nov 1808 and land goes to brother George Palmer of Goldington. Lease and release between: (1) trustees under the will of George Palmer (2) John Palmer and (3) Thomas Warner, 4/5 May 1827. Lease and release: (1) trustees under the will of George Palmer (2) Thomas Warner (3) John Palmer (4) Matthew Pedley (5) John Trapp. (1), (2) and 3) to (4) for £1750 to the use of (5) for his life, 32 acres 1 rod 12 perches, being 3 closes called Arrow-leys, 27/28 Oct 1828. Extract of will of Matthew Pedley, died 5 April 1853. Indenture: (1) trustees under will of M. Pedley (2) T.S. Trapp (3) Alexander Hinton of Bedford, grocer (4) Ezra Eagles the elder. (1) sells to (3) with consent of (2) for £1,100, 19 acres 1 rod 12 perches, being part of the 3 closes of pasture called Arrow-leys, Oct 1857.
