    i) Elizabeth Lady Hoddesdon widow of Sir Christopher ii) Thomas Leigh of Stoneleigh esq (cousin & heir of Sir Christopher) iii) Richard Cartwrighte of London, Thomas Bond, John Panton, Thomas Cowley of the Strand esq - Lands leased to Sir Christopher Hoddesdon by letters patent of 13 March 1579/8 viz - (for 21 years) - 3 acres in Eggington called Austins land then in occupation of Richard Gurney (2s rent) - tenement in Corn market Leighton Buzzard. - 7 acres arable, then in occupation of William Gibson (34s 8d rent). - Tenement near tenement of John Blackett, then in occupation of Thomas Collier (16s rent). - 1 acre meadow then in occupation of Thomas Collier (6s rent). - Tenement & garden, then occupation of Mary Lownd widow (8s rent). - Tenement near Nether Cross in Leighton Buzzard then in occupation of Henry Butfield (10s rent). - Tenement & 7 acres land in Heath & Reach field of Leighton Buzzard, then in occupation of Thomas Haythorne (13s 4d rent) - . Arable land & meadow in Heath Field of Leighton Buzzard then in occupation of same (3s 4d rent). All which were formerly endowment of Fraternity of Corpus Christi in Leighton Buzzard. Covenants: (a) if £160 reserved in KK22 is not paid, property to revert to (i).(b) (ii) to pay rents reserved in L’s P.(c) Letters Patent are to be kept in a chest with 2 locks in Rolls Chapel for remainder of term & after death of (i) they are to be delivered to (iii) Witnesses: Thomas Chamberlayne, Chrisopher Hoddesdon, Edmund Bolsworth, David Draper.
