- Prebend of Leighton Buzzard (recites lease 8 April 1550 see Prebend)
- Farm at Grove (Buckinghamshire) lands called South Whaddon Closes, (in occupation of Thomas Miller yeoman as of Manor of Drayton Parslow in 1579). Watermill, fishery & advowson of rectory of Grove (occupation of Robert Moore deceased in 1579) Recites lease for 30 years at £13 18s 4d by Robert Dormer of Ascott in the parish of Wing to William Chamberlain of Titchfield (Hampshire) 29 October 1579.
- Provisos (a) if (ii) die leaving issue in tail, present settlement to be void & (i) to hold to the uses of will of John Leigh (b) leases of over 21 years made by John Leigh during life of Ursula shall not descent to her without consent of (i)
(Recites that (i) hold all above estates in trust, except 1 messuage & meadow called Beanemeade & c. 100 acres copyhold land in Leighton Buzzard late purchased by Christopher Hoddesdon.
