Writer sorry he was out when John called this morning. No enquiries have been made about unsold lots so John may keep all the old deeds in which there was any open field land conveyed to his ancesters. Mr Arrowsmith is attorney for the Lucas's and Messrs. Worleys for Mr Watts and Mr Jas. Kiteler and they will have abstracts of John's title in a few days. Has written to London for Rich. Parrott's will and that of his grandson, John. Has an extract of recovery suffered on John's marr. sett. and a copy from Hanslop awards.
