Reciting indentures of lease and release dated 20, 21 Jan 1800 between: (i) William Fowler (now deceased) senior, St Neots, malster and common brewer (ii) William Fowler junior, his eldest son (party hereto) (iii) George Fowler, his son (party hereto) (iv) John Mortlock, Samuel Allvey, being conveyance by (i) to (iv) of premises in trust. Reciting subsequent Fowler family wills, agreements and settlements. By (1) to (2) for £135, messuage or tenement in High Street of Bedford St Paul over against Castle Lane, formerly two messuages but now one, being formerly a public house called the French Horn, now or late in the occupation of Thomas Ellis.
