By (1) to (2) for £25, one third part of two messuages in Bedford St Pauls and shop: of which one messuage with shop is now in occupation of said Mary Yarnton and fronts the High Street (East) and is between the tenement in the occupation of William Ebden (South), and tenement in occupation of John Church called the Cross Keys (North); and the other is in the street called the Fish Market and now is in the tenure of Philip Thompson, butcher, and adjoins the backside of the first messuage.
