By (1) to (2) in consideration of £450, messuage, tenement and shop in the High Street in Bedford St Paul lately in the occupation of Robert Shelton, now unoccupied, abutting: East - on the High Street; North - on the site of a messuage lately pulled down, formerly in the occupation of Robert Birt, erected on the ground formerly called Girdlers Lane; South - on the site of a messuage or tenement formerly in the occupation of James Wiles, lately purchased by the Commissioners of the Master and Co-Brethren of the Hospital of St John the Baptist in Bedford and since pulled down.
