(iii) Chas. Longuet Higgins of Turvey Abbey.
(iv) Rev. W.B. Russell of Turvey clerk.
At request of (ii), (i) convey to (iii) the first described property in exchange for the second.

Tobias & Wm. Dally, Chas. Negus, Thos. Covington (sic),
John Saunders, John Bellamy, Hen. Dudley, Wid. Stewart,
Dav. Tysoe, John Dally, John Banks, adjoining each
other in Turvey, abtg. N. on the common street, S. on
the King's Arms, E. on a lane, W. on the Independent
chapel (preceding owners are recited);
-- cottages occupied by Wm. Shelton, John Sargent, Reb. How,
Joel Tysoe, Wm. Staunton, adjoining each other, and
abtg. N. on the common street, W. on the Infants' School;
-- cottages occupied by Thos. Collins and Wm. Huckle bounded N.
by the road called the backside of the village;
-- cottages occupied by Jos. Linchain bounded N. by the same
road;
in all 38 cottages, subject of a recited deed of
23,24 July 1793);
in exchange for:
-- part of Puddles close (opposite the Three Fishes);
a cottage (2 tenements) therein, occupied by Wm. Warren & Wid.Smith;
