    (A) messuage or tenement with the appurtenances in Bedford St Paul in occupation of John Truelove and late purchased by him of Paul Faldoe (B) cottage or tenement with appurtenances in St Peter Martin in Bedford in a lane there called Bendoes Lane now in the occupation of James Bradley and lately bought by him of John Richardson (C) cottage or tenement in Oakly with appurtenances now in the occupation of Simon Grundon and which was late the cottage of John Russell deceased, late father of Anne Higgs (D) three acres and a half of arable land with appurtenances in common fields of Oakley, 1½ acres meadow ground in Oakley in Stafford Meadow which was lately bought by Thomas Higgs of Simon Gale, clerk (E) seven acres (by estimation) of arable in common fields of Clapham purchased by Thomas Higgs of Katherine Geery, widow (F) messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Wilshamstead, and close of pasture adjacent containing by estimation 3 acres, 4½ acres arable in common fields of Wilstead; all of which were lately the house and ground of John Higgs, father of Thomas Higgs (G) 20 acres 1 rood arable in common fields of Wilstead lately purchased by Thomas Higgs of George Edwards (H) messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Wilshamstead and 3 acres by estimation of arable in common fields of Wilshamsted belonging to the messuage, which were lately bought by Thomas Higgs of John Stratton (I) moiety of: (a) messuage or tenement of Wilshamsted (b) close of pasture ground by estimation two acres (c) 16 acres of arable in common fields of Wilshamstead lately purchased by Thomas Higgs of William Beane and Mary his wife Property to be held to the uses of: (A) John Truelove and wife Elizabeth (B) James Bradley (C), (E), (F), (G) and (I) to use of Thomas Higgs and John Truelove (D) and (H) to use of Richard Smith until the sum of £70 and all interest now due on two several mortgages thereof from Thomas Higgs to said Richard Smith, and when mortgage satisfied, to use of Thomas Higgs and John Truelove
