By (1) to (2) for term of 500 years from feast of St Thomas the Apostle last past, in consideration of £71 - all that his messuage or tenement with appurtenances in parish of St Paul Bedford commonly called the White Lyon, now partly in tenure of Edward Jones, father of John Jones, and partly in tenure of Thomas Cale, abutting: North and West - upon a common street there; East - partly on freehold of William Lane, gentleman, and partly on a messuage or inn commonly called the Saddle; South - on an inn called the Christopher.
