By (1) to (2) for £5 and an annual rent of 20s for lifetime of (1) - all that messuage or tenement with appurtenances in parish of St Paul commonly called the Whyte Lyon, which now is partly in the tenure of Edward Jones and partly in the tenure of William Lane, gentleman. After determination of life of (1) rent one pepper corne yearly in the hall of the said messuage if the same shall be lawfully demanded. Declaration by (1) that he stands seized of a good absolute estate of inheritance in fee simple in the premises. Mention of lease terminating at Michaelmas 1662 granted to William Lane, gentleman.
