i) N.L. Campbell & G.G.Shiel of London, lords of the manor ii) Henrietta Charlotte Tarleton of Uxbridge, wid iii) Wilf Hen Brown of Harpenden, gent; Percy Wm Brown of London, gent: Fra Littleboy of Birmingham, gent: Edw Brown of Boxcombe, gent reciting that A.H. Tarleton d 1921 seized of manor, & by will 1920 dev estate to trustees to sell; these d 1929 & 1934, and (i) took their place, (ii) being entitled to rents in her life; "Law of Property Act, 1922: under this the compensation due is £17.8.10, & the Quaker trustees are entitled to their land.
