Note ‘Josiah King called. Chambers tells Pope(the new tenant)that he is tenant of Chambers & not Josiah Kings’ Chambers also told Pope that he had no right to this right of way, but he wd allow him to come in & bring his goods, & then if he came in any more he would have to pay him a rent-Pope says before he will do this he will leave. King considers Pope has the right to use the roadway to get to his premises’
