Rough notes regarding rents. Includes mention that Hooper & Co will collect rents for Mr King ‘& he will live in the Langford House & live on the Broom rents. Mr King called & would prefer to go out & have his place let… he & his wife are both getting old and think they can’t properly look after the land much longer & would rather let it now. Has about 25 tons of hay still waiting to be sold, can’t get a fair price for it, is agreeable that the price come here.’
