    - all that messuage or tenement with appurtenaces formerly in the occupation of Samuel Morgan alias Mayle, afterwards of John Trustram, but now unoccupied, formerly called the Princes Arms, now or late the Hare and Greyhound in the parish of Bedford St Paul, abutting: East - on the common street; North - on the Town Hall; South - on the Butcher Row - all that butchers shop with the soil on which the same stands in the said Butcher Row in Bedford St Paul formerly in the occupation of Samuel Morgan alias Mayle, afterwards of Frances Smith, widow, and now of William Smith, being a corner shop, abutting: East on the Common Street; North - the said messuage - a butchers shop with the soil on which it stands in the said Butcher Row formerly in the occupation of Henry Taylor, afterwards of William Nottingham, now or late of John Taylor, adjoining: East - the last described shop - a butchers shop with soil on which it stands at the lower end of Butchers Row, formerly in the occupation of Frances Smith, and now of William Smith
