Codicil to the will of James Pope. Following George Kershaw Pope becoming bankrupt revokes gift of share to George Kershaw and ‘declare that my trustees shall stand possessed of the share upon trust to pay the income to Maud Pope the wife of George Kershaw Pope during her life for her separate use, and after her death in trust for the children of George and Maud Pope in equal share.
