- Appoints nephews Arthur Frederick Pope and Walter Henry Pope and Thomas James Hooper of Biggleswade, solicitor executors and trustees. - all real estates to use upon trust to sell and convert into money all real and personal estates and hold the proceeds upon trust to divide equally between nephews and nieces Mary Amelia Raynes, Jessie Susan Flower, Arthur Frederick Pope, George Kershaw Pope and Walter Harry Pope. In case of death of any of them in testator’s lifetime leaving issue then child to take parent’s share.
