Covenant between parties being Deed to levy a fine on a butcher's shop with appurtenances in the Market Place of Bedford in the occupation of John Thompson, and an undivided third part of a messuage cottage with garden and appurtenances in Astwood, Buckinghamshire, and three several closes of pasture in Astwood adjacent the messuage containing together by estimation five acres, now in occupation of one Odell. The property to be the use of Henry Elliott and his heirs for ever.
