Consideration £135. - land or garden ground on the north east side of Sun Street and containing in length 125 feet and depth from the said street in a line north east eastwards on the north side 17 feet and on the south side 120 feet now staked out. Abutting north: messuage long since divided into two and with a certain Orell yard or Well yard in the occupation of Thomas Christy, then Peter Stanley and Thomas Wells, since Peter Stanley and James Cubiss, and the garden ground late of William Hunt and now Thomas Hodges and Christopher Illsley.
