    - all messuage in Biggleswade with malthouse, outhouses, buildings, barns, stables, yards, gardens, commons and appurtenances formerly purchased with other premises (since sold) of Edward Hemming. - 1 acre arable land in Biggleswade called Rye Close - 20 acres arable land leys and sweard ground lying dispersed in the Common Fields of Biggleswade formerly purchased of Mary Reynolds. John Winn admitted to the above at a court held 20 and 21 April 1787 - 6 acres 3 perches arable land in Town Field exclusive of the road crossing it called Christy’s piece or Stanley’s piece the road leading from a lane called Race’s Lane across the Turnpike Road towards Potton going across the same bounded North: road leading from the Sun Inn towards Potton, East: land late of John Barber, south: partly by land of John Winn and partly by land of John Bricheno, West partly the Turnpike Road and part a cottage and garden late belonging to William Rands. To which land (with a small piece of land afterwards sold to Edmund Garner) John Winn was admitted at a court held 27 February 1801 on the surrender of Robert Thurgood, Richard Edmund Rudd and Margaret Rudd, widow. John Winn died seised of all the premises except two small pieces of ground part of a garden surrendered to Samuel Wells and 24 perches of ground part of Stanley’s piece surrendered to Edmund Garner).
