Weak in body but sound in mind. - to housekeeper, Mary Randall during her life 10s per week. - to friend Robert Brooks of Biggleswade, grocer and draper £10 to be paid at the end of 12 calendar months after death of testator - to sister Elizabeth Winn messuage etc in Biggleswade in testator’s own occupation and in the occupation of Mr Samuel Wells, and all other real estate and personal estate. Elizabeth Winn and Robert Brooks joint executrix and executor. Witnesses William Chapman, solicitor, John Downe and Ann Wagstaff.
