Reciting that Elizabeth Cockman, Ann Cooper and Sarah Fox are seized of an undivided sixth part of property in Stonehouse Lane. Lease and Release by (1) to (2) for £42. All situated in Bedford St Paul and formerly the estate of the said Thomas Richards and all lately in the several occupations of John Howard, John Jordan, Dingley Garrett, Thomas Smith, John Woodroffe and Richard Hill.     - the messuage or tenement in the Yard belonging to the dwelling house formerly of Thomas Richards in Bedford St Pauls in or near Stonehouse Lane with all and singular the appurtenances, formerly in the occupation of William Heyward - that other messuage or tenement adjoining the last with the stable and appurtenances, formerly in the occupation of Mary Heyward - messuage or tenement with appurtenances formerly in occupation of John Handcock, adjacent to the last mentioned messuage on the West side - messuage or tenement formerly in the occupation of Thomas Paine, adjacent to the last on West side - other messuage or tenement with appurtenances, formerly in occupation of widow Baskerville and Henry Baskerville her son, adjacent to last mentioned messuage on West - other messuage or tenement with appurtenances adjacent to the last on the North, formerly in occupation of John Longland - piece or square of ground heretofore and now used as a dunghill formerly rented by Joseph Willis, being part of and lying open on the East side to the back yard belonging to the said dwelling house formerly of him the said Thomas Richards, abutting North towards the Wheathouse and South on the garden formerly of Thomas Richards, the yard formerly belong to Samuel Fenn lying West
