Reciting that (1) is now seized on one undivided sixth part of property in Stonehouse Lane. All of which were formerly the estate of the said Thomas Richards and were lately in the occupations of John Howard, John Jordan, Ann Richards, widow, Thomas Smith, John Woodroffe, Richard Hull and Henry Sanders.
