    Covenant: (1) Elizabeth Cockman senior of Stamford, Lincolnshire, widow, the only child of Thomas Richards heretofore of Bedford, baker, by Elizabeth Richardson his second wife, both deceased (2) Elizabeth Cockman junior of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, spinster; Oliver St John Cooper, Podington, clerk, and wife Ann; John Fox of Dean, gentleman, and wife Sarah. Reciting that (1) is now seized on one undivided sixth part of property in Stonehouse Lane. All of which were formerly the estate of the said Thomas Richards and were lately in the occupations of John Howard, John Jordan, Ann Richards, widow, Thomas Smith, John Woodroffe, Richard Hull and Henry Sanders.

    Covenant to stand seized to uses in: - one messuage or tenement in yard belonging to the dwelling house formerly of Thomas Richards in Bedford St Paul in Stonehouse Lane, formerly in occupation of William Heyward - another messuage or tenement near the last with stable and appurtenances, now in occupation of Mary Heyward - messuage with appurtenances, formerly in occupation of John Handcock, near the last messuage, on the West side - another messuage, formerly in occupation of Thomas Paine and adjacent to the last on the West - another messuage with appurtenances, formerly in the occupation of widow Baskerville and Henry Baskerville her son, adjacent to the last mentioned messuage on the West - a tenement or messuage adjacent to the last on the North side, formerly in the occupation of John Longland - piece or square of ground heretofore and now used as a dunghill and formerly rented by Joseph Willis, being part of and lying open on the East side to the back yard belonging to the dwelling house formerly of Thomas Richards, abutting North towards the Wheathouse and South on the garden formerly of the said Thomas Richards, the yard formerly belonging to Samuel Fenn lying West
