For conveyance by (i) to (ii) for £5 and £125 to come before 24 June 1776 of ... house and field called Finches on east of Single Brethren's Garden in Bedford St. Peter's now rented to Andrew Parminter ... 2 barns and a dovehouse with ground in west of Single Brethren's Garden in Bedford St. Peter in tenancy Andrew Parminter. There is a note that the conveyance includes a narrow slip of ground by the side of the barns and dovehouse from the gate next the street to the bottom of the Single Brethren's garden, and that (ii) shall have full use of the pump situate near the gate next the street. Witnessed John Mason, J. Church. 24 Dec 1774 Endorsed with Receipts of Simon Trapp for John West for £5 on 3 Jan 1776 and £50 29 July 1779 (part of £130) for use of Bedford Congregation.
