Two acres of which consist of six selions in Windmill Field, Bedford: North - land late of Richard Bell, esquire; South - land of the Corporation now in occupation of Mrs Dorothy Willis; East - land of Mr John Hawes, now in occupation of Mr Thomas Field. The other two acres consisting of six selions in Conduit Field, Bedford: East and North - land belonging to the Fryars Farm; South - land of the Corporation in occupation of Mrs Ann Okely; West - Biddenham Baulk.
