Does not deny facts but there is a Considerable bequest or legacy coming to him after the death of an aunt aged over 90 then will be able to satisfy creditors Slack in attendance but pleads many excuses "such as Business, want of Health, & his being a poor walker etc but too great indifferency seems to be the principal ... reason of it. It's much if he continues long in these parts after he comes into the possession of his money
