Re inclosure of Marshe leyes containing 14 acres and arable lands lying near to Bedford where the parishioners of St Mary and St Johns have common of pasture; Leyghe is to open up a gap in the hedge and ditch, with which he enclosed Marsh leys, of 18 feet, ... to allow the inhabitants of who have ancient right of common there to enter, and also to allow them to use their right on arable lands he intends to inclose; proviso for Leygh to have recourse to law if right of common is abused.
