Writ: To the Sheriff of Bedford reciting fine of John Sautre plaintiff and Maurice Killebert deforciant, of messuage and 160 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture, 60 shillings as rent in Bedford which John Carlett of Roiestone and Christian his wife held for term of her life; and Walter, master of the house of St John the Baptist, Bedford has entered on the said premises. Said Walter to come before the justices at Westminster in Michaelmas term to show his cause why said fine should not be observed.
