A messuage with a toft and curtilage adjoining in le Scolestret in Bedford, in the parish of St Paul, between the tenement of William Hunte and the Prior of Cauldwell on West, and the land of the Prior of Newenham, William Bette, and William Leche on East, extending from the said lane called le Scolestret to Lurclane; which messuage etc they had of the demise and grant of John Bykereston', Thomas Dugmanton, John Rychard, Thomas Rychard and John Rolston.
