- bargain and sale of 20 Nov 1644 between (1) Humfrey Newton the elder, Humfrey Newton the younger, and their trustees Sir William Boteler of Biddenham, Onslow Wynche of Everton [Huntingdonshire], esquire, Thomas Rolt of Milton Ernest [Earnes], esquire, William Doughty of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex], gentleman and Thomas Doughty, gentleman and (2) Walter Gray and William Rushton granting (a)-(i) to (2) for 99 years at a peppercorn rent

(g) cottage in Cauldwell Street formerly in the occupation of Dyveacre;
(h) cottage in Cauldwell Street formerly in the occupation of Bunion;
(i) cottage formerly in the occupation of Sharp
