Final Concord between William Boteler, Richard Taylor and Thomas Rolt, plaintiffs and Lucy Leigh, widow, Goddard Leigh, Peter Paradyne, Lewis Conquest and William Newton, deforciants of two messuages, six cottages, [lacuna], fifty two acres of land, forty acres of meadow, a hundred acres of pasture, forty acres of wood [lacuna] with appurtenances in the parishes of Bedford Saint Mary, Elstow, Wootton, Cardington and Kempston. On the outside is written "The Fine from Lucy Leigh and the trustees to the trustees of Onslow Winch"
