(j) 208 acres in several parcels in the common fields and belonging to (h);
(k) royalty and liberty of fishing in the Great Ouse with osiers and rushes etc.;

(m) four cottages in Cauldwell Street in the occupation of Thomas Hewett, Thomas Bonyon, Edward Sharpe and Dive Acre;
(n) three closes of pasture in Kempston containing 50 acres in the occupation of John Amps;
(o) a close of pasture in Kempston called Stockings otherwise Moore Close in the occupation of Edward Cobb and containing 8 acres;
(p) Bourn Wood, Wootton containing 26 acres adjoining land of Oliver Boteler;
(q) all tithes arising out of (a)-(p), being anciently a parcel of the possessions of Cauldwell Priory and the court baron or view of frankpledge
