Re Margaret Sophy Brown, widow (plaintiff) and Francis Noel Butler, as Clerk to Committee of Visitors of TCH re Farm Bailiff dying from typhoid allegedly caused by water polluted by sewage, for which the Asylum was ultimately held responsible. Damages of £650 against the Asylum were granted.
