From 1 to 3 the consideration of £200, to be paid back within 6 months, but with provisions for payment in twice yearly instalments at 4 percent interest per annum. Money to be recieved by 2 but repayed by 1. - Nos 155 and 156 Victoria Street frontage of 48 feet depth of 99 feet and 6 inches and'containing in width 53 feet or thereabouts at at depth of 56 feet from the said street from which point to the east or north east end the south or south eastern boundary is curved the width at the extreme east or north east end being 30 feet' .
