1) Major John Hatfield Brooks, John Gadsby Coventry-Campion of Westoning Manor, Henry William Nutt of Flitwick, farmer and gardener (the guarantors). 2) Her Majesty’s postmaster-general. if after the extension of telegraphs to Flitwick post office the annual gross receipts are less than £23 the guarantors will pay the difference up to £23 within fourteen days etc.
