    1) Ann Brooks of Ampthill, widow of George Brooks late of Twickenham and Obadiah Legrew Hesse of Somerset Place and formerly of the Inner Temple. 2) William Horne the Elder of Lincolns Inn 3) Rev. Arthur Bold of Stoke Poges, Bucks and Martha his wife formerly Martha Hesse spinster. 4) Rev William Horne the younger and Maria Horne spinster two of the children of 2) by his late wife Ann formerly Ann Hesse spinster 5) Harriet Sophia Brooks, widow of Upper Cadogan Place, Rev. Arthur Bold of Stoke Poges and Henry Egerton of Lincolns Inn devisees in trust named in the last will of John Brooks late of Chancery Lane, deceased who was eldest son and heir at law of the said George Brooks. Harriet Brooks and Arthur Bold also executrix and executor of the said John Brooks 6) John Brooks of the Army Pay Office, esq eldest son and heir at law of John Brooks deceased. 7) John Thomas Brooks of Flitwick. Notes by John Green ‘It is a conveyance to Mr John Thomas Brooks of lands in Flitwick Beds of which he had long had possession under a conveyance from his Father Mr George Brooks – but also at that time 1816 had not either the legal or equitable estate. The legal estate was at this time (1825) in Ann Brooks (the widow of George Brooks – formerly Ann Hesse widow) and Obadiah Legrew Hesse (under a deed dated 7 Jany 1794 endorsed on a deed of 2 June 1788 being the settlement on marriage of Ann Brooks then Ann Fisher to James Hesse. The execusion of this Deed of 1825 by Mr Horne, Mr Bold, Mr Horne Jr and Mr Egerton is attested by Mr Currie.’
