Henry Kebbel, Kilby, Leics and wife Sarah, Sophia Dirs, Tunbridge Wells Kent, spinster. 1 agrees with 3 to produce deeds (as in schedule) in support of title of 3 to - lease hold messuage etc at Woodford, now in occupation of William Richard Todd, once part of personal estate of Carsten Dirs, deceased, formerly in occupation of Henry Mildred and now vested in 3, the only surviving administrator of Carsten Dirs. 1 having purchased - capital messuage and land at Woodford, late the estate of Carsten Dirs and once the property of 2. and deeds relate both to this and to the leasehold messuage. Schedule: Release and assignemnt of 17 Aug 1775 Release and assignement of 29 September 1785 Certificate fo contract for the redemption of land tax of 15 July 1799 Release and assignment of 30 November 1802 Deed poll of 16 September 1803 Release and assignment of 30 September 1803.
