Rent - £150. Sig. ii) Wit. W. Hulbert, Crab Tree Farm, Wavendon, Farmer. 15 Dec. 1928. With supplemental agreement that rent shall be £140. Tenant not to expect landlord to provide materials for a road between the main road and the farm house 23 Nov. 1929
