Agreement with Harry Legge Clothier, Rector, to charge the glebe lands etc. with the repayment of £70 to the Governors of Queen Anne's Bounty, lent for improvements to the parsonage, at 4% interest. June 1939; 2 copies, one signed by Rev. H.L. Clothier, the other with the seal of the Queen Anne's Bounty Governors. With note of repayment of principal 1 July 1949
