- Scope and Contentrecites: - will and codicil of Dr Dell - indenture betwn 1) Sarah Burton, only daughter and heir of Henry Burton, son and heir of Henry Burton. 2) John Ekins, 3) Jeffery Fisher and Ann his wife. For fee farm rents in Flitwick as agreed with late Humphrey Dell in consideration of £273 to 1) 3) gets benefit in trust for daughter Ann. - Indenture between 1) Catherine Dell and Martha Dell and 2) Richard Filkes the elder and Richard Filkes the younger. - will of Ann Fisher - will of Jeffery Fisher - ‘Bolding insists on holding fee farm rent by virtue of deed of settlement and wills. - James Hesse died 15 August and on Fisher being applied to for the titled deeds of said rents he agreed but Bolding desired him not to and Fisher then refused. - 22 August Jeffery Fisher died and Bolding still refuses to hand over title deeds etc.
