- Scope and Content1) John Warner of Wilshamsted, gent, Richard Sugar also Sugers of Marston, yeoman, Richard Gamble of Pulloxhill, yeoman and John Bedcott also Bedcord of Marston, yeoman. 2) William Jackson of Flitwick, yeoman. 1) to 2) - cottage with appurtenances lately erected upon the waste in the parish of Flitwick part of the manor of Flitwick late in the tenure of James Hyde and now Joseph Felch for rent of 3 shillings - cottage with appurtenances lately erected upon the waste of the said manor of Flitwick late in the tenure of William Jackson and now in the occupation of Thomas Freelowe for rent of 5 shillings - half acre of meadow in Eastend Mead in the parish of Flitwick between the meadow of William Fary on the east and the meadow of Peter Honiwood esq in the tenure of William Sibley west, South Worthend mead ditch, North common. To be held of the king for a fee farm rent of 4s and 5s. Signed as a true copy examined by them by Thomas Arnald and William Sibley. Endorsed ‘The Copie of William Jacksons fee farm verdege.’ And in a later hand ‘Here the trustees of the term of 99 years and those of the reversion join to convey the fee.’
