    1) John Barnes of Podington, yeoman, John Abbott of Hinwick, husbandman - churchwardens of Podington and Hinwick. 2) John Stratton of Hinwick, husbandman. with the consent of:- John Wright of Podington, blacksmith, constable of Podington; Sir Thomas Tyringham, kt.; William Payne, gent.; John Fitzieoffrye, gent.; Richard Childe, gent.; Thomas Whitbie, clerk, vicar; William Sayre; Daniel Clarke, Daniel Burton; Nicholas Squire; Richard Freeman; Henry Wagstaffe; William Pettyt; Percival Marriott; Robert Peter; Walter Rands; John Pettyt; John Fynney; William Abbott; George Abbott; Steven Abbott; Robert Abbott; Richard Prentice; John Mascall; Francis Browne; William Godfrey; Henry Baker; John Hale; Thomas Pettyt; Thomas Stringer; Edward Fryer; John Hull; Richard Gaynes; John Marrun. - 9 acres arable or leys with "thaddons" adjoining in the fields of Hinwick: - in East Fields or Colland Field: on Colland; on Beneland; on Ylland Ashes furlong; a "Bashie leye" in Cockhill next the land called Sir Perses land; - in Middle Field or South Field: on Detchils furlong; nigh Sowbrooke willows; - in West Field: or Blackwell field; on Olney slade furlong; on Farnedish meere; which said 9 acres of land or leys are in right belonging to all the inhabitants of Podington and Hinwick, as by certain deeds of feoffment heretofore made more plainly appeareth; and of which the rent is to be used for the amendment of the highways in Podington and Hinwick and for the repair of the church.
