- executors to spend £300 on the funeral & mourning & on rings for the relations.
- £200 to the use of the poor of Biddenham, the executors to put it out to interest until land bought & the profits distributed to the poor at Christmas & Whitsuntide for ever.

Attached: Opinion of Alexander Sharman [of Sharman & Trethewy, Bedford, solicitors] The provisions of the will apply to the poor who are "..settled resident inhabitants of Biddenham .. [and] .. those who in consequence of five years residence in the parish are irremovable." 20 Dec 1847
