(i) Thomas Sutton of Moulsoe, [Buckinghamshire], husbandman, son and heir of William Sutton of Kempston, dec’d, and Elizabeth his wife; (ii) Edward Croote of Kempston, butcher, and Elizabeth his wife;
(iii) George Spencer of Kempston, fellmonger [attorney to receive livery of seisin].
(i) enfeoffs (a) to (ii) for £30.
(a) Cottage, yard and pightle adjoining, in Kempston between cottage now in tenure of Jone Pearsone, widow, on the one part, and tenement of Matthew Amps on the other part, and abutting on the highway S and the ground of Jone Pearsone, N, now in the tenure of the said Edward Croote.
Covenant by (i) to execute a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo, etc.
