    Conveyance Parties: (i) Robert French, late of Harrold, now of Stevington, farmer; (ii) George Burnham of Wellingborough [Northamptonshire], gentleman; (iii) William Fairey of Harrold, farmer; (iv) Richard Hall of Wilby [Northamptonshire], gentleman Reciting: - will of Dudley French of 24 Oct 1810 devising his messuage at Harrold , where he then lived, to his wife Barbara [since dead]; remainder to their son (i) and devising and bequeathing the residue of his estate to (i); - codicil to will of Dudley French of 19 Oct 1811, charging his real estate with an annuity of £10 to his wife for her life; - death of Dudley French; - Conveyance by Lease & Release of 30-31 Jan 1812 between (1) Thomas and Mary Wooding; (2) Richard Clapham; (3) James Thew; (4) John Hensman; (5) John Eyles and John Smith; (6) Robert French in which (d)-(e) was conveyed to (6); - Mortgage by demise for 1,000 years of 8 Jun 1832 in which (1) Robert French, with (2) Barbara French mortgaged (a)-(e) to (ii) for £1,000; - further charge by demise for 500 years of 29 Mar 1833 for £350 from (i) and Barbara French to (ii); - Barbara French was now dead; - £1,350 still remained outstanding but all interest had been paid Operative Part: - (iii) paid £1,350 to (ii); - (iii) paid £400 to (i); - (ii), by request of (i), conveyed (a)-(e) to (iii) Property: (a) messuage, brewhouse and butcher's shop, formerly called the Queen's Head with orchard and pightle adjoining in Harrold; (b) land in Moor Field, Harrold before inclosure, of 14 acres, 1 rood, 10 perches bounded E by Odell; S and W by first allotment to trustees of Farrer Grove Spurgeon; N by allotment to William Wooton; (a)-(b) formerly in occupation of Dudley French, then Robert French, now John Bonfield; conveyed to Dudley French on 1-2 Jun 1795 by James Milward and Catherine Eyles (c) Mill House in Harrold, formerly in occupation of Joseph Holt, now divided into six small tenements formerly in occupation of John Pratt, John Knight, Mary Randall, Martha Robinson and Sarah Sharpe, now the parish officers of Harrold; devised to Dudley French by Richard French in his will of 10 Feb 1792; (d) land in Moor Field of 3 roods 31 perches bounded: NE by allotment to Thomas Wooding junior; SE by second allotment "for getting materials for roads"; SW by Parkwood Road; NW by second allotment to Ann Nevill; (e) land in Moor Field containing 7 acres, 2 roods, 26 perches bounded: NE by trustees of Francis Grove Spurgeon; SE and S by old inclosures; SW by second allotment "for getting materials for roads" and allotment to Thomas Wooding senior (d)-(e) formerly in occupation of Robert French, now John Bonfield Remainder of two terms of 1,000 and 500 years conveyed to (iv) in trust for (iii) Witnesses: - Thomas Leonard Shuckard, clerk to George Burnham; - Wilfred Attenborough, clerk to George Burnham "Oct 1851 This Deed is covenanted to be produced to Mr.Stephen Stevens 6th April 1869 also covenanted to be produced to Mr.William Tunn 1 Sep 1871 also covenanted to be produced to Mr.Samuel Fairey".
