- one messuage in Wilden in East end, with 18 acres of land and 3 roods of meadow lying dispersedly in the town and fields of Wilden
- White's close and a pightle, then bounded: :W. spinney of Thomas Sundrell :E. premises of Richard King :N. King's highway :S. common way
To be held by ii) for the use of the church at Wilden Whereas: 1) are the heirs to ii)
NOW by present deed, so that the lands may be "imployed and disposed according to the true intent of Richard Smith, the donor" and so that the parishioners "may be eased in the charges appertaining to the church", 1) convey to 2)
- premises as above
Appointment by 1) of Richard Smith and John Fowler of Wilden, yeoman, to deliver seisin of premises to 2)
