    William Bray, About 21. Born in St. Sepulchre, City of London. Apprenticed by indenture to William Curtis of St. Giles, Cripplegate, currier, for 7 years, a premium of £50 being paid by his father. Served only 5 years "when having some words with his master" he ran away and was absent 3 weeks before returning with his father, when the apprenticeship was terminated by mutual agreement, £20 being returned and the indentures cancelled. Served and lived with his master during term of service.
