    (i) Paul Bamforth of Bedford, gent., alderman, only surviving feoffee in trust of certain lands and tenements in the parish of St. Peter Martin. (ii) Arthur Humfreies, rector of St. Peter Martin, clerk; William Paradine, gent.; Thomas Ward, yeoman; Thomas Partridge, maltster; John Richardson, innholder; Thomas Hornbuckle, millwright; Henry Tansley, tailor, William Petch, junior, labourer; George Maynard, carpenter; Edward Marks, tailor; Gilbert son of Phillip Negus, tailor; John Davison, weaver; and Thomas Tansley, tailor; all of the said parish. A messuage and a strip of ground in the said parish, now in the tenancy of Edward Saunders, tinker; abutting N. on common street, E. on a messuage late of Thomas Margetts, S. on an orchard late of Thomas Margetts, W. on a tenement late of Widow Purser, now of David Jones. Another cottage and strip of ground late in the occupation of Widow Purser, now of David Jones; abutting N. on common street, E. on the said messuage of Edward Saunders, W. on a tenement of Widow Chandler, S. on the said orchard. A cottage heretofore in the occupation of John Brown, now of Robert Moore; abutting E. on St. Peter's green, S. on a tenement heretofore in the occupation of John Wiffin, now of William Morris, N. on a tenement heretofore of John Thompson, now of William Maynard.
