- Scope and ContentReads- Hope you are better. Engineers: am told Milne of the New River most spoken of. Duke not inclined to anyone but Frost; high opinion of him, but think we should have best advice on such an important matter as the supply of wholesome water. Duke says not much to estimate, only waterworks & flowerhouses. He says the West wing of the flower houses already executed will be a guide for East wing next year. Sorry to find coolness between Sawyer & Lucas. Sawyer will have left by 29th, the day Lucas goes down.
