(iii) Mary Andrews of Olney, Buckinghamshire, widow.

Legacy of £340 from will of Robert York of Bedford now vested in (ii), who still owes £300 to (i), though all interest has been paid up to date. (i) has called in the £300 loan from (ii), who has requested (iii) to pay off the debt to (i). This indenture transfers the assignment of the legacy from (i) to (iii).

Endorsed with note of receipt of payment of £300 from (iii) to (i) (signed); witnessed by George Pitt Hurst [solicitor] and George Cooch, clerk to Mr. Hurst.
Further endorsed with note of receipt of £320 (being the principal and interest owed), paid by (ii) to (iii) (signed) on 27 August 1787.
